And for others from among them who have not yet joined with them, and He is the Exalted, the Wise.
It is told in this verse that Lord’s Book and the Last Messenger Muhammed are not only for the illiterate Arabs during the period of Messenger, but is also for all the illiterates in the case of Arabic language who will take birth after him. In all periods most of those with Messenger were illiterates. It is told in verses 83: 34 and 36 that Arabic Qur’an Reading Fujjar are the Kuffar; and in verse 15: 44 it is told that each group among them are destined to any of the seven doors of the Hell; and in verses 25: 17-18 it is told that the Fujjar who have forgotten Adhikr has become a worthless people. it is told in verse 6: 26 that by forbidding themselves from Adhikr and not giving It to others for utilizing, they are not ruining except themselves, but they perceive it not; and in verses 6: 89-90 it is told that if these Fujjar people are hiding Dhikra-Adhikr, Lord will entrust It to other people who won’t hide It.
As explained in verses 3: 7-10, since there is no any group of believers anywhere in the world after 30 years of the departure of Messenger Muhammed, if other people belonging to Messenger’s community believe in Allah as single Deity and believe in the Day of Judgement, and do good deeds, there shall be no fear upon them, and for them won’t be grieved as explained in verse 2: 62. See explanation 2: 284; 7: 146-147; 48: 6; and 98: 6.
Those who are not educated more, especially who are illiterates in the case of Arabic language among the people of Messenger’s community such as Jains, Budhas, Hindus, Jews, Christians, etc. if are reading Adhikr which is made very easy to understand, by praying with soul ‘Oh Lord! Increase to me the Knowledge’ as commanded in verse 20: 114, they can easily grasp It. See explanation 2: 255; 38: 8; and 54: 17.
